Mail Order Restringing

 
It’s simple

Select your string and preferences, add your items to the
secure shopping cart and check out.

 (you will recieve the postal address once checkout is complete)

 
Use some cardboard or a box to package your racket(s) securely 

 
Take your racket to your local post office, we recommend First Class Recorded delivery.

(A standard charge of £3 is added to all orders up to 3 rackets for RETURN delivery.)
£6 for 4 to 6 rackets
 £10 for 7 to 10 rackets

That’s it!
 
Rackets are normally returned within 48 of receipt in a new protective box
 
 

Although extremely rare, Super Strings cannot take responsibility for any rackets that are damaged during transit. All rackets are returned Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery with a compensation level of up to £36, should your racket require a higher compensation level please contact us prior to ordering. Should Super Strings find a fault, crack or splinter in the frame of the racket we will contact you before stringing, if you instruct to proceed with stringing after this notification we cannot take responsibility for any frame breakages. SuperStrings expects to receive all rackets within 7 days after the order date, should rackets arrive after this time SuperStrings reserves the right to cancel the order (all rackets will of course be returned).

To date NO rackets have been damaged by post.
