 Mail Order Service Remove the inconvenience of struggling to find a racket stringer, have it all done for you the next time you pop to the post office It’s simple! Select the sport which is relevant to you from the left hand side, then in the stringing section simply choose which string you would like and to what tension (advice available) then place your order online. Once you are happy with your shopping cart and have any extras you need then checkout using the easy and secure payment system, if your new to Pay Pal and want to know how secure and easy it is - click here
Finally, wrap your racket in cardboard and tape (or something similar that will protect it). Then post to the below address* (would strongly recommend Royal Mail recorded delivery at approx. £3 so it can be tracked) - to print a postage label for your racket - click here

We do the rest, once your racket is received we take extra care when restringing and then send it back as good as new. We aim to have all rackets returned within 2 to 3 working days of receipt. We even give you a special little box for your racket protection when posting. You could use this again next time round when sending your racket to us!

*Although extremely rare, Super Strings cannot take responsibility for any rackets that are damaged during transit. All rackets are returned Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery with a compensation level of up to £36, should your racket require a higher compensation level please contact us prior to ordering. Should Super Strings find a fault, crack or splinter in the frame of the racket we will contact you before stringing, if you instruct to proceed with stringing after this notification we cannot take responsibility for any frame breakages. SuperStrings expects to receive all rackets within 7 days after the order date, should rackets arrive after this time Super Strings reserves the right to cancel the order (all rackets will of course be returned).
